Cancellation policy: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge the day before arrival by 12:00. Cancellation is possible only in the form of an e-mail. In order to guarantee the reservation, payment card details are required. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the card provided by the guest. If the reservation is canceled after the scheduled cancellation time or the Guest does not arrive at the booked accommodation, the hotel will charge 100% of the first day's price.
